• Shipping Policies: Most products are available to ship within 2 business days with the exception of personalized MINE!! Tags, which may require an additional day or two. Shipping via USPS is included for MINE!! Tags sent to addresses in the continental US and official military addresses. Actual shipping costs apply to other modes and outside the US. Please call if you have urgent shipping requirements.
• Refund and Return Policies: Returns may be made for credit on our products. Return Authorizaton must be first requested by emailing returns@gentryart.com. The Return Authorization number must be plainly written on the returned package or it will be rejected. For Personalized Mine Art Tags, we want the personalization to be correct. Please contact us within 30 days and we will correct the personalization and resend the tags.
• Guarantee: These products are hand made in our studio and are warranted to be free of defects as judged at our discretion. We will replace defective products with a like item. You pay for return shipping and GentryArt will ship back to you at no cost.

MINE!! Art Tags are hand made in our studio using high quality materials. Each Darlene Gentry Lucas design is copyrighted and giclee printed on two cards of heavy (192 g/sm) art paper which is laminated using thick 10 mil laminate. They are durable as well as beautiful!!
HOW- Watercolor classes for those in the Seattle area.
Gallery- Darlene Gentry Lucas, Fine Art Originals and Artist Prints, all made in her studio. All of our products are Giclee printed; the same process and archival materials used by well known national art galleries to print their fine art print editions. We can print most of Darlene's work at the size you need up to 43 inches.
